Float Glass

Float glass is the industry standard, all-purpose clear glass. It may be used as-is or as a base for processing into laminated, tempered, acid-etched, and other processed glass forms.

Low E Glass

Low-e glass — also referred to as low-emissivity glass or insulating glass (“IG”) — is your choice for developments and projects where local energy ratings and building standards must be considered.

Low Iron Glass

Low-iron glass is manufactured with materials containing the lowest possible concentration of iron particles, making it a good solution when you need the clearest glass possible, even at higher thicknesses and in multi-pane applications.

Acid Etched Glass

For applications where privacy is a consideration, acid-etched glass is a good option for letting in light while masking visibility.

Laminated Glass

Sports applications are common, as are those in public areas and on high balconies. Coniston distributes laminated glass with varying glass pane and interlayer thicknesses, for use in settings where impacts to the glass are a concern.

Patterned Glass

Patterned glass is ideal for aesthetic applications and provides a unique look that can be especially striking in small windows, or when used in conjunction with panes of clear glass.

Tinted Glass

Tinted glass is a variation on traditional clear float glass that is subtly coloured through the addition of different minerals to the raw glass mix.

Wired Glass

For projects and developments where security and fire safety are top concerns, wired glass is a relatively inexpensive option that satisfies both of these requirements.

Tempered Glass

Tempered glass is used frequently in a variety of building applications when strength and safety are paramount.

Reflective Glass

Reflective glass is used in larger developments, like multi-story buildings, where entire walls are made from floor-to-ceiling glass.

Greenhouse Glass

Glass is a superior material for greenhouse construction as it is more durable and offers superior emissivity and climate control capabilities which equates to higher crop quality and better yields.

Basketball Backboard Glass

Basketball backboard glass tends to be quite thick, at around half an inch or just under 13mm. A regulation basketball backboard is 72 inches wide and 42 inches high (that’s 6 feet by 3.5 feet).
